The Mini turbo snail is a new snail. It's small so it most likely wont eat a macro algae if it is a tuff variety or firm leafed type that you have.
Most likely it will clean the coating algae off of the leave of the macro and not bother the leaf itself. But we don't know for sure. We've just discovered this snail and have been studying it for just 12 months so far.
